Rooms and Rates

Upland Meadows Farm has three guest rooms, all with private bath and with private entrances.

• Cots are available for an extra $10 per night.
• No extra charge for dogs.
• Horse boarding is $10 per day during your stay.  Hay is available but bring your own grain.

The West Room has a private entrance from the porch, queen size bed and a private en-suite bath.  Rate is $90 per night for two including breakfast.  The rate is $80 for one person.

The Green Room has a private entrance from the porch, queen size bed and a private en-suite bath.  Rate is $90 per night for two people including breakfast.  The rate is $80 for one person.

The Spring Room has twin beds, an entrance from the porch and a private bath across the hall within a suite.  Rate is $90 per night including breakfast.  The rate is $80 for one person.
